By accessing or using Relemi Agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.
2. Use of the Service
Relemi Agents provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for deploying AI agents within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Relemi. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Relemi.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Relemi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
